The team was founded in 1968 as an expansion team, and currently plays at the BMO Harris Bradley Center. Former U.S. Senator Herb Kohl is the owner of the team, with John Hammond as general manager. The Bucks have featured such notable players as Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Sidney Moncrief, Oscar Robertson, Bob Lanier, Ray Allen, Andrew Bogut, Michael Redd and Jon McGlocklin.

admiralsThe Milwaukee Admirals are a professional ice hockey team in the American Hockey League.First known as the Milwaukee Wings in 1970, the team soon would change their name to the Admirals and have been an institution in Milwaukee ever since. After playing as an independent team for their first four seasons, they joined the United States Hockey League (USHL) in 1973.From 1977-2001 they skated in the International Hockey League (IHL) and joined the American Hockey League (AHL) after the IHL folded. The Admirals play in the BMO Harris Bradley Center.

TorrentThe Milwaukee Torrent is Milwaukee’s only professional outdoor soccer team. The team was founded in 2015 and will play their inaugural season in 2016. Milwaukee Torrent represents the next era of professional soccer in the great state of Wisconsin. The team will play their home matches at Uihlein Soccer Park’s Time Warner Cable Stadium.

Green Bay Packers

Green Bay is the third-oldest franchise in the NFL, having been organized and playing in 1919. The Packers are the only non-profit, community-owned major league professional sports team in the United States. The Packers play their games in Lambeau Field, approximately 230 miles from Milwaukee.
