Dr. Adam Edelstein joined the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery in August of 2018 as an Assistant Professor specializing in Adult Reconstruction and Joint Replacement.  He received his medical degree from the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine in 2012, and did his orthopaedic surgery residency at Northwestern University Fenberg School of Medicine in Chicago, IL where he was Administrative Chief Resident.  Dr. Edelstein completed a fellowship in Joint Preservation, Resurfacing and Replacement at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, MO from 2017-2018.

I take time to understand each patient’s background and goals, so that we can work together to formulate an individualized treatment plan that will alleviate pain and optimize function. My areas of specialty are hip and knee replacement and hip preservation.”
